Registration and data

Patients must attend at least once every 3 years to remain registered. If a patient has not attended for 3 years or more, the patient's registration will automatically lapse. Only registered patients are entitled to emergency cover.

Archived patient data will be deleted in accordance with UK law. Cavendish House complies fully with all UK GDPR requirements.
